Yinxin Power Sources Co.,Ltd is a professional VRLA( Valve Regulated Lead Acid) batteries and polar plates manufacturing co***ny Located in Shangtang Industrial Park of beautiful Gantang town (at 2 kilometers point of Gantang to Ning de of state road No104), Fuan city, Fujian province, China, the co***ny cobers 26,000M2 with more than 10000M2 of standard workship.
30 percent of the co***ny emplyees have learned and graduated from institutes and universities, and 20% are technicians and administrators. The co***ny has more than 100 manufacturing machines and equipment and the key processes are using the advanced and up-dated machines from oversea.The fully automatic grid casters, lead oxide mills,pasting lines, curing ovens, computer-controlled rectifiers and assembly lines ensure the reliability of the products; and the well equipped enviromental systems had laid a strong foundation for the futer development.
The quality control system of the co***ny have been managed in accordance with ISO 9001:2000.
All the batteries and plates have been designed with CAD system so that all the parts would be matched very well. The recipes and processing were based on the up-dated knowledge in the world. The co***ny pay much attention for the new products development and creation so as to meet the wide requirments of the customers. Now the main products of the co***ny include the following three different categories:
1. SLI batteries and plates for automobiles and motocycles;
2. Motive power batteries and plates for cycling applications of electric bicycles, electric motorcycles and scooters
3. UPS batteries and plates for high power applications
The batteries manufactured by the co***ny shall meet any specifications and standards concerned, such as Chinese standards, JIS, DIN and IEC standards.
